This role is critical to maintaining structure, traceability, and execution discipline across Finance, Supply Chain, Change, and external implementation partners. •The Project Coordinator will own the mechanics of project execution—tracking RAID items, coordinating meetings, managing artifacts, and ensuring follow-through—so that project leadership can focus on decisions, risk resolution, and stakeholder alignment. •Project Coordination & Execution Support •Coordinate cross-functional meetings (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Change, Huron) •Aid in ensuring that the projects and initiatives under your charge remain aligned with the objectives, strategies and results. •Develop agendas, manage materials, track attendance, and document outputs •Maintain detailed meeting notes with clear separation of decisions, open decisions, risks, issues, and action items •Ensure that the project(s) and initiatives under their responsibility produce the information required to the PIIR.
