Required Skills: •Summit Line Construction is currently seeking a Project Controller to join our team in Caldwell, ID •Develop and manage project budgets, including detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. •Assist in setting up Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in coordination with Project Managers and corporate Major Projects structure. •Lead forecasting efforts in collaboration with Project Managers and Construction Managers. •Monitor and adjust project cost-to-complete estimates to reflect actual expenditures and forecast future costs. •Identify budget variances and implement corrective actions to maintain financial integrity. •Monitor actual project costs against budget and provide variance analysis. •Track and report cost drivers affecting financial performance. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field. •MBA, MFPA, or advanced financial certifications preferred. •Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting. •Proficiency in JDE, SAP, or other financial management systems. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in variance analysis. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling). •Proficiency in project management software and financial reporting tools. •Understanding of construction contracts, legal compliance, and financial risk management.
