Required Skills: •The ideal candidate will be excited about leading the technical development of projects and will bring experience with academic projects from PreK through higher education. •Advance design, programming and technical solutions in all project phases. •Collaborate on solutions to meet design objectives and code/regulatory requirements •Develop innovative, efficient, and resilient projects aligned with client goals •Document designs with technical details with a range of software including REVIT. •Oversee and lead consultant coordination and documentation efforts •Participation in and representation of Perkins Eastman in Owner meetings. •Provide technical continuity through bidding, construction and close-out.
