Facilitate coordination of candidate interviews with MTSI team. •Track/facilitate/own the onboarding/offboarding processes from end to end. Resolve any delays greater than 24hrs to move people through the process so they can contribute to the team. •Track/facilitate/own the customer vendor CaC and SIPR processes from end to end. Resolve any delays greater than 24hrs to move people through the process so they can contribute to the team. •Program Management •Assist with monitoring and reporting budget and financial performance, ensuring cost control, accurate reporting, and compliance with DoD guidelines. •Manage the RAIL (Responsibility Assignment Integration List) and tasks from Level of Effort (LOE) leads to coordinate team efforts within schedule frameworks. •Gather and prepare for final submission weekly activity reports from all LOE tech leads and consolidate into single report.
