Required Skills: •Responsible for overseeing all operational functions and teams that support revenue retention and growth within the Programs Division. This role ensures strategic alignment across departments and drives operational excellence to meet financial and performance goals. •Manage and develop operations across underwriting, retention, account management, systems support, technical resources, training, and customer service teams. •Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to support the division’s financial growth objectives. •Partner with the Chief Underwriting Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensing, E&S filings, and carrier contracts. •Partner cross-functionally with division leadership to develop and manage the annual department budget, aligning with new business, retention, and staffing goals. •Work closely with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to recommend staffing solutions that meet operational needs and staffing targets. •Identify and implement continuous operational improvements to enhance client, customer, and broker retention, as well as support new business growth. •Establish and enforce standard operating processes, practices, goals, and procedures across the Programs division.
