High level of competence in at least one programming language. Familiarity with operating systems, SQL, and reporting tools. •Solid functional working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of products, including proficiency with Word, and Excel, as well as experience using SharePoint for collaboration and Power Automate for workflow automation. Required Skills: •20% Design, develop, implement, test, and support workflow, automation, and programming within and between ERP and ancillary systems. •20% Develop internal working relationships in order to effectively communicate and support client needs. Partner with college employees to analyze and define business requirements and functional specifications and recommend solutions. Perform functional application setup, configuration, and testing with employees. •15% Develop and maintain system documentation of issues and solutions resolved through troubleshooting tickets assigned through the college’s Solution Center. •15% Perform project management functions by scheduling and conducting a variety of meetings necessary to complete projects. Participate in meetings and/or serve on assigned committees. •15% Communicate issues, critical problems and situations to appropriate managers, both users and IS. Identify and resolve data, reporting and other application systems problems. Communicate solutions to users in an effective and efficient manner. •15% Complete other responsibilities necessary for fulfilling this role and other duties as assigned. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
