Required Skills: •Program & Project Support •Actively facilitate and support Program Managers in day-t day execution of the loyalty programs, including tracking milestones, action steps, and deadlines. •Assist in the implementation of new program features, platform enhancements, and technology upgrades as assigned. •Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira,) with current status, risks, and dependencies. •Support program promotion operations including set-up, maintenance, basic reporting and turning them into actionable case studies. •Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy across program touchpoints (enrollment, earning, redemption). •Act as an internal data and reporting resource — pulling, compiling, and analyzing program performance data as needed. •Assist in the creation of performance reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Tableau. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree OR 2–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, data analysis, or a related field. •Prior experience in or exposure to the foodservice sales and marketing industry is strongly preferred. •Solid understanding of project management principles; experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, Jira, or Asana preferred. •Comfortable working with data — validating, analyzing, and presenting findings in clear formats. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and clients. •Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. •Demonstrates good judgement, creativity, and a consistently positive attitude. •Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
