Dynamically manage and balance team workloads to maintain equitable distribution and ensure continuous, uninterrupted support to the field. •Change Leadership & Cultural Buy-In: Serve as an empathetic leader. Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture, and secure staff commitment and accountability to new and evolving centralized workflows. •Upskilling & Professional Development: Evaluate individual staff competencies and training requirements. Formulate targeted professional development plans to upskill team members transitioning from other business units, preparing them to successfully manage broader contracting, procurement, and compliance responsibilities. •Service Provision Lifecycle & Provider Management •Program Planning & Workflow Coordination: Participate in the planning and execution of core service provision operations. Guide staff in assessing field service provision needs and collaborating with Procurement and Contract Services (PCS) to determine appropriate contracting avenues. •Active SOW & Lifecycle Management: Direct the research, requirement-gathering, and drafting of robust Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts. Proactively track contract expiration and renewal timelines to eliminate gaps or operational delays, and oversee timely reconciliations and closeouts. •Quality Control Review: Manage and execute a thorough quality-control review process for all contract and purchasing documentation, ensuring high-quality, legally sound, and policy-aligned materials before escalating to the Office of General Counsel (OGC). •Compliance, Quality Assurance, & Audit Response Compensation: •$6,725 - $8,580 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
