Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. •What You Will Be Responsible For Using the UI benefits system to review all claims for proper payment and conformance to state and federal regulations. •Processing special program claims, including Chargeback, Combined Wage Claims (CWC), or other UI related programs as needed. •Reviewing determinations to ensure compliance with law and policy. •Reviewing information and perform functions as needed to ensure high quality and timely processing of claims. •Utilizing knowledge of UI to respond to telephone inquiries from claimants, employers, other states and other TWC departments related to UI Special Programs. •Reviewing procedures for conformance to laws standards, and regulations. •Giving expert testimony in Appeals Hearings.
