Required Skills: •As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and evolve a portfolio of mission-critical programs supporting Lam’s Software Key systems and lifecycle management, MyLam’s Closed-Loop Accountability (CLA), and CCI governance alignment. •In this single-threaded owner role, you will ensure that software entitlements, critical technical communications, and customer-facing information are delivered accurately, tracked effectively, and managed in compliance with enterprise policies. •Also provide the leadership needed to quickly assume ownership of existing global programs, maintain continuity, and drive strategic improvements. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies, with experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) processes. •Relevant project or program management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master are preferred. •Operational familiarity with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks to support organizational alignment and execution. •Applied hands-on capability in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies. •Demonstrated ability to advocate for field needs and drive alignment between customer-facing teams and internal organizations. •We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
