Applicants requiring visa sponsorship to start employment with Eversource will not be considered. •Eversource is hiring a Program Manager, Strategic Project Development, Transmission located out of the Westwood, MA office. •Lead and oversee all aspects of a portfolio of strategic ESMP transmission and substation projects from early-stage development to hand off to Project Management Organization (prior to traditional project lifecycle) •Oversee a cross-functional project team including, System Planning, Engineering, Siting, Real Estate, Legal, Project Management, Engagement, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Affairs, and other internal stakeholders to establish and organize ongoing development plan •Ensures that all strategic solutions are vetted in a manner consistent with the Company’s safety and procurement policies and programs •Works with the appropriate departments to develop schedules and budget of ESMP strategic projects in early-stage development and is responsible for the implementation, prior to execution •Supports development and documentation of Company Policies related to development and execution of strategic transmission projects addressing items such as feasibility, planning, siting, permitting, construction, etc. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in a technical (i.e., engineering, environmental, communication, renewable energy ), business discipline, related degree or equivalent experience will be considered •Masters, law, or other advanced qualifications desirable •Valid Driver’s license is required Compensation: •$124,130 - $137,920 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
