Hiring: Program Manager Company: Eagle Wireless Location: St Louis Park, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:33:34 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Confluence, Jira, R, Regulatory Compliance About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience in program or project management Required Skills: •Manage customer-facing programs end-to-end: requirements intake, design and engineering coordination, qualification/testing, certification, and transition to volume manufacturing. •Own program timelines and deliverables, tracking milestones from NPI (New Product Introduction) through mass production and flagging/resolving risks before they impact schedule. •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing expectations and communicating status, risks, and changes clearly and proactively. •Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing (including contract manufacturing partners) to ensure readiness at each program gate. •Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including design reviews, build coordination, and manufacturing readiness assessments. •Manage BOM, ECO, and documentation control processes in coordination with engineering and supply chain teams. •Track and help drive regulatory and carrier certification requirements (e.g., FCC, PTCRB, carrier certification) to support program milestones. •Support manufacturing transfer and cutover activities, including coordination between design/engineering sites and manufacturing partners. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. •Demonstrated experience managing a product through the full development cycle to manufacturing release — from concept/design through qualification and into volume production. •In-depth knowledge of NPI processes, BOM/ECO management, and manufacturing readiness gates. •Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting program status to customers and leadership. •Proficiency with program/project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, or similar) and standard office/productivity software. •Operational familiarity with regulatory and carrier certification processes Compensation: •Eagle Wireless offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation and paid parental leave to support you and your family Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
