Required Skills: •Overseeing daily operations of assigned residential programs, ensuring consistent and high quality supports. •Supervise and Support the Team Leaders and DSP's, including scheduling, coaching and performance evaluations. •Ensure compliance with ISPs, BSPs, RPPs, and health care directives. •Ensure compliance with the 6400/6100 regulations. •Participate in Team Meetings, Staff development and interdisciplinary planning. •Conduct routine site visits and quality reviews. •Responding to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed. •Serve as a point person with families, case managers (support coordinators), and other stakeholders. Qualifications: •Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in IDD services or a Residential Support Setting. •Strong Organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills. •Proficiency in documentation and electronic health record systems. •Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain NADSP FLS certification within 3 months of employment (Company Paid). •Demonstrated capacity to work flexible hours in the event of an emergency and partake in on-call responsibilities.
