Hiring: Program Manager, National Accounts Company: Securitas Technology Location: Fishers, IN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 11:32:49 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management, Project Management, Systems Integration About the job Experience: •10 years progressively responsible experience in project management and/or project coordination for complex system integration or professional services programs •Minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in project management and/or project coordination for complex system integration or professional services programs Required Skills: •Support assigned National/Key Accounts by managing service performance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. •Assist with contract renewals, negotiations, and achieving account profitability goals. •Serve as a point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. •Partner with Installation Managers and Directors to manage customer relationships, reporting, and performance improvement plans. •Ensure Installation Managers are aligned with customer needs and available to address issues promptly. •Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with Program Teams to review performance, projects, and strategic plans. •Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Field Support teams to align on account plans and performance metrics. •Engage with Account Teams not currently supported to explore future Electronic Security Program (ESP) opportunities.
