Required Skills: •Management functions to include aspects of project initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. •Operate across internal Google Fiber groups and external organizations to ready and implement operational processes. •Lead process improvements that result in efficiency and efficacy gains throughout deployment and operations in the market(s). •Execute multiple projects/programs/planning in support of long term success •Manage full time employees and delivery of projects through strategic partners/vendors. •Proven experience in successfully managing a complex schedule with a diverse vendor base, leading annual planning cycles, developing and managing contracts, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, project reporting (costs, status and risks), procurement and negotiating with vendors. •10 years of leadership experience in Telecommunications, Consulting, Oil and Gas or other capital project related industries. •5 years of people and/or vendor management. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience. •PMP certification, MBA, or advanced degree.
