Stat. 112.219(6). Required Skills: •Provide leadership and supervision to the reporting team while supporting Center business operations through coordination of processes that advance priorities, contribute to team capacity-building through coaching and professional development, and support the successful implementation of UCF Center for Community Schools initiatives. •Serve as a Center resource for program operations, reporting, resource stewardship, and process improvement while ensuring activities align with organizational goals, program objectives, and applicable funding expectations. •Strategic Planning & Program Management •Partner cross-functionally with leadership and advise stakeholders to translate organizational priorities into actionable strategies, implementation plans, and program objectives. •Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen program effectiveness, operational alignment, and long-term sustainability while supporting the successful execution of Center initiatives. •Oversee the coordination, development, and quality assurance of program reports, deliverables, and performance documentation. •Monitor implementation progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-informed decision-making to promote accountability, transparency, and responsible stewardship of program resources. •Systems Development & Operational Excellence Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). •Master’s degree •Special Instructions To The Applicants •The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,518- $80,648. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. •All applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
