Required Skills: •Lead the Integrated Program Team (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Contracts, Security, Compliance) •Own program schedule, cost, scope, deliverables, and performance •Identify, mitigate, and track program risks •Serve as primary point of contact for government representatives •Lead program reviews, status briefings, and technical discussions •Manage budgets, funding profiles, and financial forecasts •Translate technical requirements into executable plans with engineering and production •Support proposal development by working with Engineering and Operations to define technical solutions and provide staffing plans, schedules, and cost estimates Qualifications: •Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (as demonstrated through experience, training and/or testing) •Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority •Demonstrated capacity to perform financial tracking and forecasting •Solid functional working knowledge of government contracting, defense acquisition, and FAR/DFARS •Operational familiarity with defense manufacturing environments •Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications to include MS Project •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, program management, business, operations, or related discipline •Manufacturing environment experience, including introducing products into production per USG lifecycle phases •Blend of technical and business acumen Compensation: •$95,000 - $160,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
