Required Skills: •This role is ideal for someone who is energized by sitting between business teams and technical teams: fluent enough in each world to be trusted by both, and disciplined enough to turn ambiguity into a plan. •This role is based out of our NYC office. Below we've reflected the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Betterment's total compensation package for employees. •This job may also be eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus. •Embed with stakeholder teams across our lines of business, attending their regular meetings and building a working knowledge of their processes, tools, and pain points. •Proactively surface opportunities for tooling improvements, automation, and best practices — bringing ideas to stakeholders rather than waiting to be handed a problem. •Maintain a continuously updated view of each stakeholder group's upcoming priorities and how they map to BS&T's capacity and roadmap. •Act as the first point of contact for new stakeholder requests, gathering context and framing the underlying need before work is committed. •Partner with BS&T's engineering lead and architects to translate stakeholder needs into scoped, documented tasks with clear success criteria.
