Hiring: Program Manager, GSA Company: Vertiv Location: Westerville, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:10:16 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management, Project Management, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma About the job Experience: •5+ years of relative industry experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environment Required Skills: •Partner with sales and order management to ensure accuracy of orders, that quotes have revenue allocated correctly, and that manufacturing and shipping of product takes place as scheduled. Escalate potential risk to the execution manager. •Interface directly with assigned function leaders to define/set appropriate targets for improvement to design, quality, manufacturing, shipping, and operations efforts and measure progress to targets. •Lead data integrity efforts for equipment pertaining to assigned customer by ensuring data in install base is updated and accurate. •Ensure data being reported to customer pertaining to ship dates, serial numbers, model numbers, etc… is accurate. •Oversee deployment of field change notice (FCN) and factory direct service (FDS). •Ensure all change orders are entered properly in CPQ and are booked in EBS. Qualifications: •Prior experience indirectly influencing project teams •Applied hands-on capability in the application of Lean/Six Sigma methods and way of thinking. •Strong leadership, organizational, project management and inter-personal skills. •Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English. •Strong analytical skills, including the use of statistical modeling techniques, root cause analysis and other tools and methods typically deployed to drive operational improvements. •Demonstrated capacity to influence and lead in a matrix organization to drive accountably and execution of VOS mindset and activities. •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 5 plus years’ experience. •Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. •The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principles & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
