Location: Ely, IA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 13:52:32 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Segment, Workday About the job Experience: •3 years of project management experience •At least 3 years of project management experience Required Skills: •Communicates directly with the Client Representative and the Director, Field Services to report Land progress outlining problems with possible resolution to pertinent issues impeding project completion. •Create and manage project budgets, manage to budgets, reforecast monthly. •Lead and oversee managing and overseeing portfolio of projects. •Utilize TRC and client technology to effectively manage projects. •Lead and oversee consistent messaging to all stakeholders across projects. •Lead and oversee risk assessment, mitigation, and corrective action plans. •Lead and oversee the overall project Land activities. Identifies negative trends, problem issues and implements resolution to reduce or eliminate adverse impacts on overall performance. Performs regular risk analysis. •Reviews Land requirements and develops a written Execution Plan for the implementation of the activities needed to meet those requirements. Qualifications: •Preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in an applicable field •Preference given to local candidates •Preference given to candidates with PMP certification •The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Employee is expected to use good judgment when lifting or moving office supplies and/or furniture and to seek assistance or wear back support appliances when appropriate •Must be able to walk long distances, over varying terrains, to support land acquisition needs •Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus in use of computer monitor and other manual, task-related functions. •Department/Location Specific Requirements and Comments •Demonstrated capacity to travel as dictated by job requirements •This job will require work both indoors as well as activities performed outdoors in varying climates. •Most activities require work to be performed at field locations, governmental agencies, corporate entities, and client offices.
