Qualifications: •Fluent in both written and spoken English. •Able to work on hybrid in-office schedule with an expectation of 2-3 days per week and as required, highly preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to support global teams and clients as needed. •Able to support global time zones including US, European, and IST time zones. •Direct experience leading or overseeing project management for ONESOURCE product suite across practices. •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with experience facilitating across diverse teams, resolving conflicts, and building consensus. •Strong leadership skills to motivate, influence, and manage cross-functional teams and inter-project dependencies effectively. •Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to anticipate and avert issues before they arise. •Proficiency with a range of project and program management software and other relevant tools. •Agile and Scrum project management methodology experience, with the ability to adapt and apply both waterfall, agile, and hybrid practices to various types of projects and programs.
