Prioritizes requirements for their specific Agile analysis/development team. •Attends and participates in contractor Agile events, such as, but not limited to: Daily scrums, program increment/sprint planning, sprint reviews/demonstrations, and retrospectives. •Coordinates events, such as Configuration Control Boards, Integrated Team Teams, Joint Configuration Control Boards, ensuring key stakeholders are in attendance to make decisions. •Communicates expectations with the contractor Agile team, while communicating Agile team performance and progress to leadership. •Coordinates with the ECQR government personnel to accept the work of the contractor Agile team. •Perform design studies and analysis, performance-based design reviews, high level detailed specification and scope preparation, configuration management and documentation control, fabrication, assembly and simulation, and modeling. •Develop and perform technical insertions and risk reduction strategies, studies and recommendations to mitigate identified risk conditions. Qualifications: •DoD PMP Level III Certification, Agile certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master Certification CSM etc) •Agile software program management experience •This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours. This position offers hybrid flexibility approximately 20% (1 day a week) - Subject to change per the customer's discretion. •Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. •Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. •Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. •Must be able to travel, up to 10% including air travel to include CONUS and OCONUS locations. •401(k) plan with Company Match •Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a related field.
