Required Skills: •Serve as the Program Manager responsible for developing and managing the Asset Management Programs for the Operations Division. •Provide implementation guidance, consulting, and staff coordination for actions impacting asset management of facilities, structures, and projects. •Need a broad background in various USACE missions and functions and an in-depth understanding of USACE appropriation process. •Review and develop District and regional strategies to adapt national programs and provide recommended policy changes. •Work closely with Operation Project Managers, Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Administrators, technical experts, subject matter experts Qualifications: •Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. •Obtain and Maintain valid State Driver's License. •This position may require the employee to occasionally travel up to 35% •This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter. •Only applicants who meet one of the employment authority categories below are eligible to apply for this job.
