Qualifications: •Knowledge of the aviation industry. •Proficient communicator and capable of managing multiple projects successfully. •Proficient decision-making skills and effective at problem-solving and compliance resolution. •Demonstrated capacity to communication orally and in the English language with customers, clients, and the public in face-to-face, one-on-one, and in group settings. •Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, Safety Management System (SMS) principles, airport construction impacts, and NOTAM processes. •Strong analytical, reporting, and policy development skills with the ability to present clear and concise information to leadership and stakeholder groups. •Demonstrated three (3) years of experience managing FAA Part 139 compliance programs, airfield inspections, and safety risk mitigation activities. •Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. •Five years of professional experience in program and project management, preferably within a government or public sector environment. •Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
