Qualifications: •You have approximately 2-5 years of experience in program management, leading similar initiatives such as large scale conferences and related programs within a similar technical environment (B2B SaaS company), partnering closely with technical stakeholders •You have experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams; strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experience building and fostering effective working relationships •You have strong communication skills, attention to detail and enjoy building processes •You take a data-driven approach to program management; building tools (workflows, custom work intake processes, estimation models), collecting and analyzing data, and driving stakeholder buy-in You have experience influencing without direct authority at senior levels internal and external to the organization •Able to travel via train or air, domestically and internationally, up to 20% of the time •Datadog values people from all walks of life.
