Required Skills: •Serves as the Subject Matter Expert, providing resilience and performance consultation expertise. •Provide input for all training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign of the R2 TS Program. •Briefs and advises on the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement as it relates to current and planned curriculum and programs. •Conducts and attends external meetings, conducts site visits, communicates program metrics to stakeholders. •Participates in program update briefings. •A minimum three years’ experience teaching, coaching, or instructing resilience and performance enhancement skills, philosophies, and competencies. •Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check (NAC) with inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation at the start of work performance, and maintain this level of security throughout the life of the contract. •Demonstrated capacity to meet and correspond regularly with a Government counterpart. Qualifications: •At a minimum possesses a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology.
