Hiring: Program Execution and Project Manager Company: Sage Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 14:48:11 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Program Management, Project Management, REST, SaaS About the job Experience: •7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations •1 year after start date Required Skills: •Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with sales and success digital enablement team, RTR, regions, function and in alignment with the broader impact on Sage. •Develop and implement comprehensive project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, communication strategies and other supporting that are in support of the corporate and departmental objectives Provide project administration and process support to a team of project managers. •Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support. •Drive projects forward in a consistent, aligned approach around an established ROB, governance, change impact assessment and project/program execution model. •Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. •Resolve issues proactively and maintain a focus on continuous improvement and lessons learned. •Establish performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. •Prepare and deliver detailed reports on program status, outcomes, and business impact to executive leadership.
