This is an exciting opportunity to create meaningful pathways into healthcare careers while strengthening partnerships across schools, communities, and the region. •Responsible for strategic planning, financial stewardship, outcomes measurement, program expansion, grant compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to a Hospital President or Senior Vice President, this leader will champion TriHealth's commitment to community investment, educational advancement, and workforce development. •Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the School to Work Program. •Build and strengthen partnerships with schools, community organizations, and funding partners. •Expand opportunities for students to gain meaningful, paid healthcare experiences. •Partner cross-functionally with leaders across the health system to create innovative career exploration and workforce development programs.
