This leader will partner with perception, prediction, planning, localization, vehicle-control, safety, and platform teams while ensuring requirements traceability, defect resolution, validation coverage, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. •The ideal candidate will have •15+ years of experience •in autonomous driving, ADAS, automotive engineering, robotics, simulation, or large-scale software programs, including at least eight years in leadership roles. Strong expertise in AV software quality, scenario-based validation, safety-critical systems, cloud computing, distributed infrastructure, CI/CD, MLOps, and simulation platforms is required.
