Location: Mountain View, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 21:01:31 Target Skills & Keywords : CI/CD, MLOps About the job Experience: •15+ years of experience Required Skills: •Program Director, Autonomous Vehicle Simulation Operations •will lead the strategy, execution, and global delivery of large-scale simulation programs supporting autonomous-driving software development, validation, release readiness, and safety assurance. •Key Responsibilities: •The role will oversee simulation infrastructure, cloud and HPC environments, scenario generation and replay, synthetic data, digital twins, validation pipelines, and campaigns spanning billions of virtual miles. This leader will partner with perception, prediction, planning, localization, vehicle-control, safety, and platform teams while ensuring requirements traceability, defect resolution, validation coverage, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. •The ideal candidate will have •15+ years of experience •in autonomous driving, ADAS, automotive engineering, robotics, simulation, or large-scale software programs, including at least eight years in leadership roles. Strong expertise in AV software quality, scenario-based validation, safety-critical systems, cloud computing, distributed infrastructure, CI/CD, MLOps, and simulation platforms is required. The candidate must demonstrate executive stakeholder management, financial and operational leadership, global team development, risk management, and the ability to deliver scalable simulation operations with high standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and predictability. •Required Skills: •in autonomous driving, ADAS, automotive engineering, robotics, simulation, or large-scale software programs, including at least eight years in leadership roles.
