This role is responsible for overseeing program design, day-to-day operations, workforce performance, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and service delivery across interdisciplinary teams. •Position is remote, but candidates must reside in California** •Effectively directs program through objectives and goals assigned for contract compliance. Monitors metrics and daily operations to ensure success. •Collaborates with program leaders, including medical director, management teams, and corporate support teams to improve processes, determine training needs and improvement opportunities. •Engages community partners and stakeholders in delivering member outreach •Provides leadership and supervision to staff assigned to the program, including quality, Case Management, Care Coordination, provider training/education, consumer education, data collection, analysis and reporting, and technical assistance, to ensure compliance with accreditation standards. •Works with management and corporate team for the enhancement of the contract scope, new RFP cycles and related new business.
