Required Skills: •Coordinates activities and daily operations of a program. •Daily oversight of complex, intake driven, consult and follow-up appointment requests within ACP workqueues. •Assists with appointment scheduling and provider template management. •Confers with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Refers inquiries to others as needed. •May prepare or assists in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies. •May review applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program. •May assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts. •Drafts written communication and promotional literature.
