Qualifications: •Effective organization and time-management skills for coordinating multiple programs, events, and daily priorities. •Knowledge of student development, leadership, and identity development and how these areas support student success. •Sound judgment and professionalism when responding to complex or sensitive student concerns. •Clear, inclusive communication and a collaborative approach when working with students, colleagues, and campus or community partners.
