Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, this pivotal role within the Finance Leadership Team is responsible for overseeing financial processes across the Tactical Solutions and Space Systems SBUs. •The Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth. •Provide mentorship and guidance to the SBU finance team, ensuring the delivery of necessary training and development to support project controls and estimating & pricing functions. •Coordinate control activities with the responsible SBUs, including Control Self-Assessment (COSA) testing and internal/external audits, while managing the resolution of identified findings and deficiencies. •Provide project controls leadership for high-impact, complex, or Tier 1 EVMS programs as designated by the SBU Finance Director. •Partner cross-functionally with central compliance functions including EVMS, ESD, FP&A, Government Accounting, and Internal Controls to implement and operationalize policies, controls, and guidance within the SBUs. •Coordination with SBU finance management and the finance director to ensure strategic alignment of staffing resources. •Provide guidance on estimating and pricing best practices, with a focus on compliance and the formal execution of Form 93 authorizations and compliance. Qualifications: •Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with CFO Certification and CSR requirements. •Lead Quarterly EAC CFO certification process.
