Required Skills: •The Program Analyst assists in the OIG's mission by providing timely, cost effective, professional, and useful products and services to clients and stakeholders. •Runs standard AMIS queries, verifies data accuracy, identifies routine discrepancies, and provides basic user assistance; coordinates access changes and supports scheduled maintenance under supervisory guidance. •Prepares recurring audit status and operational reports using established methods; extracts GPRA/SAR data; produces ad hoc summaries requiring moderate analysis; ensures accuracy and timeliness. •Briefs management on assigned tasks; explains standard AMIS/TIS procedures; provides project status updates; assists with training coordination and system access requests. •Reviews audit products for accuracy prior to release; updates AMIS fields; supports quality control procedures; reviews procurement requests, tracks routine budget items, and assists with electronic workpaper testing. Qualifications: •US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island) •Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date •Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable •Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959 •Serve a one year probationary period, if required. •Undergo and pass a background investigation (Tier 2 investigation level). •Complete a financial disclosure report to verify that no conflict, or an appearance of conflict, exists between your financial interest and this position. •The GS-09 salary range starts at $ 70,623 to per year. The GS-07 salary range starts at $57,736 per year. •Or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree •LL.B. or J.D., if in the related field.
