Required Skills: •This position requires someone who can move beyond simply collecting data. The Program Analyst must be able to interpret information, identify meaningful relationships and trends, evaluate potential solutions, and communicate conclusions in a format that allows stakeholders to quickly understand the issue and make informed decisions. •Develop analytical approaches and methodologies to evaluate complex operational, strategic, and organizational issues. •Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, relationships, risks, gaps, and opportunities. •Evaluate alternatives and potential solutions and provide analytical insight to support leadership decision-making. •Translate complex datasets and technical information into clear, understandable findings for Government stakeholders. •Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, tables, charts, graphics, and other analytical products that clearly communicate results. •Present data within the context of available alternatives and solutions to help stakeholders understand potential courses of action. •Produce high-quality analytical submissions that enable faster and more informed decision-making. Qualifications: •The ideal candidate is naturally analytical and comfortable working with both data and people. You can take an ambiguous or complex problem, determine the right analytical approach, organize the relevant information, and develop a clear picture of what the data is showing. •You understand that effective analysis is not just about producing numbers.
