This position provides analytical support for enterprise application portfolio management, application rationalization, and IT modernization initiatives across the DIA CIO environment. •Maintain and update the Book of Applications (BoA) / Application Portfolio Management repository •Track application lifecycle status, ownership, and dependencies across the enterprise •Analyze application data to identify redundancies, gaps, and rationalization opportunities •Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of application performance metrics and key performance indicators •Create, validate, and maintain reports and dashboards for AST leadership •Use data and process analytic techniques to identify dependencies between IT systems and capabilities Qualifications: •Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred) •Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements. •Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs. •The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications. •This job operates in a professional office environment.
