Required Skills: •Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand technical requirements and align them to business objectives •Plan and lead implementation engagements — deploying solution components and configuring the product to meet each client's specific environment •Collaborate across internal teams and client organizations to ensure smooth rollout and successful integration of BigID solutions •Deliver technical training tailored to the audience, from hands-on admins to executive stakeholders •Identify root causes of deployment issues and drive them to resolution •Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to document field issues, enhancement requests, and opportunities to improve the implementation process •3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in product implementation or hands-on deployment within enterprise environments •Solid troubleshooting and operational knowledge across some combination of: Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data/Analytics, Security, and Application Development Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with Data Governance, Data Privacy, and/or Data Security Posture Management tools. Compensation: •$105,000 - $135,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance •The annual base salary range is $105,000 – $135,000.
