You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, helping clients optimize business processes and successfully deploy TradeLink solutions. •This position combines client-facing consulting, technical troubleshooting, business analysis, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, technically capable, and comfortable working across multiple projects and teams. This role offers exposure to global supply chain operations supporting many well-known brands •Support customer software implementations and on-boarding Qualifications: •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration with global teams •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field •1–4 years of experience in consulting, software implementation, supply chain technology, or related fields •Knowledge of EDI, ERP, WMS, TMS, or supply chain visibility platforms •Operational familiarity with APIs, XML, JSON, AS2, FTP/SFTP, or related integration technologies •Familiarity or experience working with RFID •Prior experience in software implementation, SaaS consulting, or professional services environments •Expected compensation range is 50K-75K.
