Works with internal instructors to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of core trainings. •Create the block calendar that provides for the quarterly and annual training needs of Catholic Charities employees. •Coordinate and record the evaluation of efficacy of professional development programs (questionnaires, surveys) and uses the information to guide further planning for workshops and PD programs. •Contribute to the development and revision of professional development’s department protocols. •Analyzes data to facilitate the development of best practices and determine instructional needs. •Train new instructors in Professional Development administration practices, content presentation and facilitation, and learning technologies. •Lead or co-lead the “Community of Learning” internal instructors cohort.
