The products are then placed into the boxes by the "Take Off" role. •Take Off: The Take Off is responsible for taking parts off of the paint line (hooks) to pack them into boxes or pallets that are to be shipped. The loaded boxes are taped and placed onto pallets. Some products are bulk packed onto pallets and may be wrapped. •Taper: The Taper is responsible for operating the tape machine. This role will grasp the tape from a taper machine and place it on the boxes as they move down into the conveyor. •Bander: The Bander is responsible for grasp the boxed and taped product as they move down the conveyor. This role will handle and stack the products onto a pallet.
