Location: Spartanburg, SC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 12:20:47 Target Skills & Keywords : Manufacturing Execution Systems About the job Required Skills: •Lead daily operations and deliver strong safety, quality, production, and cost performance. •Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated packaging and processing equipment. •Identify equipment and material issues and implement effective corrective actions. •Drive continuous improvement through TPM, Kaizen, structured problem solving, and Daily Management. •Maintain and improve standard work for Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance activities. •Conduct layered process audits and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve equipment efficiency. •Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and other functions on equipment and process improvements. •Train, mentor, and support technicians within the MBU.
