Hiring: Production Technician, Packaging Operations Company: Herbalife Location: Winston-Salem, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:17:56 About the job Experience: •Working independently as well as in a team environment. •Working experience as a manufacturing, packaging, or changeover technician in nutraceuticals Required Skills: •Team members in this position are required to maintain knowledge of the process flow, computerized equipment and be aware of hazards associated with the process as well as understand and execute standard operating procedures. •Demonstrated capacity to perform all production jobs including, but not limited to Manufacturing, Packaging, Change Over, etc. •Troubleshoot equipment as necessary to minimize machine downtime •Complete rapid change outs of equipment to minimize equipment downtown and ensure quality production in a fast-paced, growing environment •Ensure equipment clearances with quality control before start of processing. •Follow all safety procedures at all times. Report any unsafe acts or Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations •Assist Production Management, Process and Packaging Engineering with planning each phase of new equipment •Communicate all procedures effectively and train others, as needed Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED equivalent. •Associates degree a plus •Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) •Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or other regulatory experience •Prefer 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment and at least 6 months at Herbalife, as well as packaging line experience •Food manufacturing or packaging experience a plus Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
