Required Skills: •Requires One Of The Following •Two (2) years of experience delivering technical training in a manufacturing or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment •Knowledge of thermoforming, plastics manufacturing, extrusion, or automated production systems •Strong instructional design, documentation, and curriculum development skills •Demonstrated capacity to create engaging training materials, evaluate learner performance, and maintain accurate training records •Initial schedule will be Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM to support hiring, onboarding, and facility startup. •As production ramps up and operations transition to a 24/7 manufacturing environment, schedule flexibility will be required to support all shifts. •Limited travel may be required for training, collaboration, or startup support at other Dart facilities.
