Hiring: Production Tech III Company: Vantive Location: Mountain Home, AR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 13:40:04 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly About the job Required Skills: •At Vantive, you will become part of a community of people who are focused, courageous and don’t settle for the mediocre. •Lead and oversee manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging for all local manufacturing operations. •Lead and oversee training new employees and providing critical systems monitoring and trouble-shooting. •Lead and oversee completing all processes in production while strictly adhering to cGMP, SOPs, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations which could apply. •Lead and oversee maintaining/updating POMs, TPM boards, batch trace, Maximo, SOP’s, log sheets, JIB’s, time sheets, and Infinity. Qualifications: •High School diploma or GED required. Two-year technical degree preferred. •Technical experience in an automated manufacturing environment •Basic knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics •Basic understanding of Shop Math •Demonstrated capacity to work with hand tools, power tools, wrenches, multimeter, wire stripper, and crimping tool. •Must be detail oriented, have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, good communication skills and be able to multitask. •Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends •Use of hands and fingers to manipulate equipment is required •Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, pulling, pushing, climbing and crawling.
