Required Skills: •Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results and issues in daily DDS meetings. •Accomplishes departmental goals by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, updating production boards, and reviewing job results. •Maintains safe and clean work environment. •Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action. •Train new associates and current associates on equipment. •Create and sustain a highly motivated team while developing skills for continuous improvement of team performance. •Actively encourage and apply lean techniques and processes. •Ensure the team is wearing the required PPE and always following safety standards.
