Required Skills: •Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the maintenance, integration, and implementation of OpenText software applications and associated technology solutions. •Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive project delivery, ensure operational stability, and manage incident, problem, and change activities for these critical technology projects. •Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to achieve strategic outcomes aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications: •You possess strong technical expertise. With 8-12 years of recent experience in Production Support Engineering, you have led technology teams, managed production incidents, and ensured prompt restoration of service. •You also have substantial experience in IT service management and a comprehensive understanding of incident, problem, change, and major incident processes. •You have a degree. A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field or relevant certifications is required. •You’re a collaborative leader and a strategic thinker.
