This is a customer-facing role focused on troubleshooting, incident resolution, RCA, and minor .NET/C# fixes. •Provide L1/L2 production support for Azure-based enterprise applications. •Troubleshoot Azure Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, Application Insights, Synapse, and Cosmos DB. •Manage Service Bus Dead Letter Queues (DLQs), message replay, and delivery issues. •Troubleshoot DevOps pipeline failures and re-run deployments. •Resolve Power BI gateway/configuration issues. •Perform RCA, documentation, and drive permanent fixes.
