Required Skills: •Organizational Leadership: Provide organizational leadership to foster positive employee relations and meeting the evolving needs of the business. •Follows the production schedule and ensures level production throughout the area. •Facilitates GEMBA walks and makes suggestions on improvements. •Enforces safety practices, tolerance to zero attitude, maintain safety engagement, and enforces environmental regulations including 5S. •Implements OC Doors Lean Management Systems •Participates in Tier meetings with senior leadership using appropriate decision-making tools gaining approval before implementing decisions or changes. •Works with team leads to assign daily work duties to floor personnel. •Monitors and adjusts job assignments to maximize production efficiency. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred or the combination of High School degree with 3-5 years’ progressive experience in a manufacturing environment and a supervisory role.
