Qualifications: •Direct ownership of an hourly manufacturing team, including daily execution, employee coaching, labor decisions, and performance accountability. •Personal safety leadership in a chemical or industrial environment, including hazard intervention, PPE enforcement, stop-work decisions, and safe restart or escalation. •Hands-on responsibility for quality, downtime, scrap or waste, and material control. •Demonstrated ability to diagnose operating causes, implement corrective action, and sustain improvement. •Ability and willingness to work the verified early schedule and occasional Saturdays. •Demonstrated capacity to function effectively in a hands-on chemical and industrial manufacturing environment. •A specific previous title, exact number of years of experience, advanced computer expertise, bathware experience, or a perfect employment-tenure pattern is not required.
