Work with other supervisors and production management to ensure efficient staff placement to fill gaps and meet customer demand. •Ensure project and assignments remain consistent with company practices, policies, and regulations (for example: SOX, OSHA, Management System Standards) •Interact and support all internal and external customers and set standards that promote good relations and communication. •Research, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions to allow continuous improvement. Understand and use 5S and Lean principles to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent (10+ years) experience •Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within manufacturing; preferably electronics and aerospace manufacturing. •Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. •Prefer Six Sigma Green Belt certification, but not required.
